Welcome to What is Contemplation? – a course designed to offer you brief, immersive encounters with the practice of contemplation. Rather than focusing on academic definitions or analysis, this course invites you to experience contemplation firsthand through practices and journaling opportunities. Each module will guide you to explore different aspects of contemplation, allowing you to discover what it is by engaging with it directly. Through these moments of stillness, reflection, and presence, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of contemplation’s transformative potential in your life.
Contemplation is the practice of being fully present —in heart, mind, and body—to what is in a way that allows you to creatively respond and work toward what could be.
